This website is operated by THATDEVELOPERGUY LLC. Here is how the live site handles inquiries, motion preferences and optional measurement.
Inquiries.
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional organization, selected interest, and message. The operator uses this information to respond to your request. Please do not submit passwords, sensitive records, or confidential client information.
Storage and notifications.
Accepted inquiries are saved in a private outbox on the website server and sent to the studio through its configured email provider. A reference confirms server storage; it does not confirm that an email has reached a mailbox. The form does not add you to a mailing list.
Retention.
Scheduled daily maintenance removes inquiry records and optional event files older than 90 days from the live server. Email copies and backups are managed separately. Contact the studio to ask about access, correction, or deletion.
Optional measurement.
Analytics are off unless you choose to allow first-party measurement. When enabled, the website sends a limited set of route and interaction events without message content, email addresses, or a persistent advertising identifier. Your browser’s Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable this optional measurement. Server-side inquiry receipts remain necessary to process a submission.
Browser preferences and ordinary logs.
Your motion and measurement choices may be stored locally on your device. The inquiry message is not stored in browser local storage. Hosting and security systems may keep ordinary access logs; their actual retention depends on the operator’s configuration.
